Deposit Bonus Not Credited Despite Meeting Email Offer Terms

My username is GareeebG*** and my email is sujinm***[email protected] I received an email from Stake on 11 June stating that I had a bonus waiting for me. The email clearly said that if I deposited a crypto amount of $1 or more before 15 June (UTC), I would receive a $25 bonus on 17 June (UTC). Based on this, I deposited crypto worth around 1,300 INR into my Stake account on 13 June, and the deposit was successfully credited to my account the same day. However, as of now, the promised $25 deposit bonus has not been credited. I did not use any special link or promo code because the email did not state that this was required; it simply said to deposit the required amount before the specified date, which I did. I contacted Stake live support, but instead of giving a clear answer, they only shared a link to their help centre page, and I could not get any concrete information or solution. Their email support has also been discontinued, so I have had no other effective channel to resolve this. I am using Stake from India, and I have a screenshot of the original email showing the conditions of the campaign and the dates. I believe I have fully met the terms of the promotion as described, so I kindly request that my account be credited with the $25 bonus that was promised in the email, or that I receive a clear and justified explanation if there is any reason for refusal.
