I made a deposit to the online betting platform Stake, but the funds have not been credited, and I am requesting a refund. On April 22, 2026, at around 11:48 PM IST, I transferred ₹15,000 via UPI using Google Pay from my SBI bank account to the UPI ID kalwantrai7-***@indianbk to fund my Stake wallet.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not appeared in my Stake wallet. This situation is very concerning, as the payment was completed on my end, yet the funds are missing.

Since the deposit has not been credited, I request that the full amount of ₹15,000 (approximately $180) be refunded to my SBI bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction and a prompt resolution so that I do not suffer any financial loss.
