SSE Energy Solutions Overcharged Me £3500 for an Empty Retail Unit Despite Evidence

Since June, when I asked SSE Energy Solutions to handle a change of tenancy for an empty retail space, I've had nothing but trouble with their billing. More than 9 false invoices indicating enormous power consumption have been sent to me, even though I have submitted photographic evidence of the meter readings demonstrating no consumption. It is ridiculous that I am now allegedly owed more than £3,500 for an empty room. Despite their repeated assurances that they will fix the problem, they keep rebilling me with the same mistakes. Nothing changes, even if customer support claims that only the back office staff can resolve the issue. Managing this is a real drain. It shouldn't be this tough to use accurate meter readings. Changing to SSE Energy Solutions was a mistake.
