SSE Energy Solutions Overcharged My Small Business Despite Providing Meter Readings

I have been working for more than a year to get SSE Energy Solutions fix the invoice for my rented small workplace. Even with images of opening readings, actual meter readings and lease agreements, they still produce wildly inflated estimated bills. They currently assert we owe over £8,000, which is just untrue for such minor areas. After 8 months of correspondence with their business support team, nothing appears to be progressing. Promises to fix the problem go short, and grievances seem to go unpackled. Though the data we have shown unequivocally reveals we are overpaying, the weekly bills continue to mount up. This has been a tiresome and expensive encounter.
