Cross Sandals I Bought from SPX Shrunk After One Use and the Brand Blamed Me
On 12.07.2024, I purchased a pair of Cross brand sandals (size 43) from the SPX store at 41 Burda. However, after just one use, the sandals shrank to the point where they appeared to be size 38. I submitted the product for review twice, but both times it was returned as a "user error." I find it hard to believe that such a significant defect can be blamed on me, and I am confident that the consumer rights board will rule in my favor. While I will pursue this legally, it's disheartening that a brand like Cross does not stand behind its products. I believe this is something that others should seriously consider before buying. Best regards.
