Asics Tennis Shoes Deformed After 25 Uses and They Denied It Was a Defect

I only wore a pair of Asics tennis shoes around 25 times on the tennis court. But the soles already show the kind of deformation I would have expected from far less expensive goods. Hoping the company would see the problem, I sent the shoes in for inspection; but, they insisted there was no flaw. Surprisingly for a brand like Asics, using them as intended on the court 25–30 times seems sufficient to inflict severe harm. Although SPX managed the mediation, I would also want to note that this result still left me unhappy. For an expensive product like this, I expected far more responsibility and longevity.
