Spotify Subscription Payments Keep Repeating Unexpectedly

I have a Spotify subscription, but I do not have two separate accounts. Despite this, approximately $3 was withdrawn from my card on both May 9 and May 13. How can this even happen? I want my money refunded immediately.

I did not start any additional membership, upgrade, or second account. Being charged again just a few days later for the same service is completely unreasonable and frustrating. Am I supposed to keep paying this application every single week just to listen to music?

At this point, I am seriously considering canceling my subscription because this situation has become ridiculous. My username information is attached, and I request that the duplicate payment be investigated and the extra charge refunded to my card as soon as possible.
