I Demand Refund for Early Spotify Subscription Billing
I signed up for Spotify’s 3-month Individual Premium trial campaign. I was aware that a charge would be made at the end of the 3-month trial period. However, about one week before the trial was supposed to end, $3 was charged from my account.
Since this charge was made earlier than the agreed date and without any additional confirmation from me, I consider this an unfair transaction and feel inconvenienced. I have not yet contacted Spotify customer service or my bank regarding this issue.
I request that the $3 charged prematurely be refunded to my account, as I believe this transaction was made unfairly and ahead of the agreed billing period.
