Spotify Payment Issue – Unable to Pay, Customer Service Hung Up On Me!

Hello, I am trying to purchase a Spotify Premium subscription, but I am unable to make a payment with any of my bank cards. I have tried multiple cards from different banks, but the payment does not go through. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have not received any solution. Additionally, I encountered unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from customer service representatives. E*** Z*** hung up on me 3 times, and B*** A*** hung up once. They ended the call without even allowing me to explain my issue. It is unacceptable for a company like Spotify to treat customers this way. I also received an email stating that the payment team determined my card could not be used and that I should contact my bank. However, I have tried different cards from multiple banks, and none of them work. This clearly proves that the issue is entirely on Spotify's end, and I am facing unnecessary inconvenience because of it. I demand an urgent resolution to this issue, proper assistance to complete my payment, and necessary action to be taken against the customer service representatives involved. If my issue is not resolved, I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
