DistroKid Review: My Song Stuck in Processing for Over a Week Without Support
I’ve been releasing music professionally since 2021 and have been using DistroKid to distribute my tracks. However, a few weeks ago, I uploaded a new music project, and to my frustration, it has been stuck in the "Processing" stage for over a week. The description on DistroKid states, "Your song and artwork files are being processed. This step ensures everything is delivered correctly to stores." But after waiting this long, I knew something was wrong.
I contacted DistroKid Support through their chatbot, and after a few days, they sent me a vague automated email with no explanation of the issue. I have released 79 singles and EPs on Spotify and have never faced this before. I sent another email requesting clarification, but I haven’t received a response yet.
Has anyone else experienced this? I need an urgent resolution—DistroKid, respond to your artists and fix this issue!
