I’ve been waiting since February 11, 2025 for Etsy to approve my business documents, and it’s becoming unacceptable. Despite submitting all the required documents completely and accurately, my application has been stuck in “Pending” status with no updates or resolution. I’ve reached out to Etsy support multiple times, and every time, my request is automatically marked as “resolved” without any actual help or explanation.
This isn’t just frustrating — it’s blocking me from starting my business and making sales. I feel like I’m being deliberately ignored and stalled by generic responses or automated replies. Etsy’s support team has failed to provide any meaningful communication or solutions. This kind of negligence from a platform of Etsy’s size is deeply disappointing.
I demand that Etsy urgently reviews and approves my documents so I can begin using the platform as intended. If this issue isn’t addressed immediately, I will be forced to consider legal action. Sellers deserve better support, transparency, and accountability from a global platform that claims to empower small businesses.
