Soyo Android Device Ban Blocks Account Access for Three Days

While using the Soyo app on my Android device, I was suddenly given a device ban even though I did not violate any rules, and I have been unable to access the app for about three days. When I try to log in, an English warning message appears, but since I do not understand the language, I cannot fully understand what it says or why I was banned. I am a regular user who used my Soyo account normally. I believe that a woman from the Turkish panel banned me without any valid reason, but I do not know what issue she has with me, and I am being unfairly victimized because of this. Without any explanation, my device has been completely banned, and I cannot access my account, my page, or the app. I request that Soyo officials urgently remove the device ban, restore my account and page, and clearly inform me in Turkish of the specific reason for this action. Even though I contacted the admins via WhatsApp, I have not received any response, and my grievance has continued for three days. I ask that this unjust device ban be lifted and that my account be restored to its previous status.
