I Face a Litmatch Device Ban — Blocked After Payment Despite No Rule Violation

I’ve been using the Litmatch app on my Android device for a long time without any issues, mainly for daily chats. However, on October 25, even though I didn’t violate any rules, I suddenly received a message saying “Do not violate the rules”, and right after that, my device was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in, I see the message “This device has been blocked.”
I had just made a ₺300 (≈ $9) payment, and the ban occurred immediately after that transaction. My username is wınner. So far, I haven’t been able to contact Litmatch customer service regarding this issue.
It’s both surprising and disappointing to be restricted like this without any rule violation. I request that my device ban be lifted and that the injustice I’ve experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
