My Litmatch Account Shows “Device Blocked” Error for a Week

My Litmatch account with the username “Meryyy” (registered under t*******@gmail.com**) has been inaccessible for about a week, showing the message “Device has been blocked.” I have never violated any rules, and I believe both my account and device were unfairly banned. I even tried logging in from a different device, but the same warning appeared again.

I’ve contacted Litmatch support multiple times, but each time I only received an automatic reply saying “Try another device,” which did not resolve the problem. The last response I received directed me to submit a complaint via Şikayetvar if I believed the ban was a mistake — which is why I’m reaching out here.

I do not have any paid memberships or purchases linked to my account, and this is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue. I kindly request that my account and device be unblocked, and that I receive a clear, human-reviewed resolution instead of automatic replies.
