Sony Wh-h910n Headset Spare Parts Stock Problem

The hinge on my Sony WHH910N wireless headphones, which I purchased from the Teknosa store, has developed a crack. Because there are none left in stock, both the service center and the seller are refusing to provide a replacement component to the customer. A significant letdown for a brand that has built its reputation on producing high-quality goods is the absence of aftermarket support and replacement components. Because of the subpar quality of the customer service, I deeply regret purchasing this particular model and brand. I demand that Sony address this problem and correct the flaw as quickly as they possibly can. I promise to keep you abreast of any new information or developments pertaining to this issue.
