Today at around 6:00 PM, I purchased the “What Dynasty Dresses Pack” in Pkxd using in‑game currency on my Google Pixel 7a through Google Play. The purchase process looked completely normal, and there was no error message, but after the payment, the pack never appeared in my account. I have not been able to contact support yet because the email address linked to my account is on a different device, and I have not figured out how to switch it on this phone. I therefore could not resolve this issue on my own. I request that the “What Dynasty Dresses Pack” be delivered to my account, that I receive a refund for what I spent on this purchase, and that I am compensated with some extra hoomas for the inconvenience caused by this problem.
