I Face Frequent Disconnects on Sony Headphones and Poor Service Experience

I purchased a Sony headphone model (unspecified) and have been experiencing frequent disconnection issues when using it with my computer. Despite multiple visits to the Sony service center in Florya, the problem was never properly resolved. Each time, they provided temporary explanations, but none led to a lasting fix.
During my last visit, I was treated extremely rudely by an older male staff member at the service center. He raised his voice and dismissed my concern, saying, “These headphones are for phones, why do you keep coming here?” This disrespectful attitude was unacceptable, especially considering I paid for a premium product and expected professional support.
This experience has caused me both financial frustration and emotional distress. I no longer trust Sony products and refuse to waste my money on a brand that cannot stand behind its service quality.
I explicitly request a full repair or replacement of my faulty headphones, as well as an apology for the unacceptable customer service I received at the Florya branch.
