I Face Solgar L-Carnitine Capsules Swelling Despite Proper Storage

When I opened my newly purchased Solgar L-Carnitine 500 mg product, I noticed that the capsules had absorbed moisture, swollen, and appeared to have deteriorated.

Throughout the time I had the product, the cap was always kept tightly closed and the supplement was stored under appropriate conditions. As shown in the photos, the moisture absorber inside the bottle appears to have been insufficient. I am very careful about how I store supplements, so I do not believe this issue was caused by improper storage. In my opinion, this indicates a quality problem related to manufacturing or packaging integrity.

I also provided a photo of my other vitamins stored in the exact same location so that it can be seen that the problem only occurred with the Solgar L-Carnitine product.

I request that this issue be reviewed, that the defective product be evaluated for a possible packaging or quality-control problem, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve my inconvenience. I also expect a clear response regarding the findings.
