I Face Solgar Gotu Kola Quality Issues After Finding An Empty Capsule

I received my Solgar Gotu Kola Aerial Extract 100 Vegetable Capsules on May 5 and have been using the product for approximately 5 days. Today, while taking one of the capsules, I noticed that it was completely empty and contained no supplement inside. Since I realized it was empty, I did not take the capsule, but this situation has seriously concerned me about the reliability of the product and the manufacturing process.

I purchased the product through Trendyol from the “Online Supplementler” store. Finding an empty capsule in a product from a brand like Solgar, which I trusted, was very disappointing. I am also now unsure whether there may be other defective capsules in the same bottle.

For this reason, I request that Solgar address this quality issue, perform the necessary checks, and send me a new, properly manufactured product as a replacement for the current bottle.
