V***, the person who was supposed to help me, acted really full of themselves and rude, and didn't actually help me at all. Because my problem wasn't getting fixed, and feeling so overwhelmed I had to hang up. When it comes to important money matters, we should get good customer service that is quick and polite. The problem needs to be fixed right away by the company. Their top goal should be making sure customers are happy and handling any unprofessional behavior from their reps. Plus, if they are clever enough, a real apology for how badly we were treated is what's needed, along with the card access problem fixed.
