There are a few different ways to activate your Sodexo card:
• For online activation, go to either the Sodexo website or their portal just for activating cards. Give your personal information, card number, and activation code, which you can usually find on a sticker or in a welcome email. With this method, some platforms may let you activate right away.
• Mobile App: Sodexo and Zeta have worked together to manage cards in some areas. You can try to register your card by downloading the Zeta app. It's possible that activating the app will be faster than using the website.
• Phone Activation: You can find Sodexo's customer service number on their website or your card. Call them and do what they say to do to activate your card over the phone. Don't forget to bring your card and personal information with you.
• Talk to the program administrator or issuer: You may need to follow certain steps to activate your Sodexo card if you got it through your job or another program. Talk to their HR department or program administrator for help and maybe even faster help with activation.
