Dear Snapchat Support Team,

I have been an active user of your platform for a long time and have invested significant effort into building my accounts. However, I have recently experienced repeated suspensions of my accounts despite not violating any community guidelines. These suspensions occur even though my accounts are well-established and contain no content that could be considered harmful or unlawful.

Such repeated actions not only lower my motivation but also undermine my trust in your platform. I kindly request that your moderation process be conducted in a more transparent and fair manner. If there has been an error or misunderstanding, I expect clear communication regarding the reason, so that my work and time are not dismissed so easily.

If your platform has certain undisclosed restrictions that affect users like me, I would prefer that these be communicated openly, so I can decide whether to continue investing my time on Snapchat or move to other platforms. The current situation creates a negative user experience and devalues the efforts of dedicated users.

I request the implementation of a more effective and transparent moderation system and that I be informed clearly about the reasons behind these repeated suspensions. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
