Snapchat App Prevents User From Updating Account Date of Birth

The date of birth registered on my Snapchat account is incorrect, and I am unable to update it under any circumstances. When I attempt to change my birth date within the app, I receive a warning reading "Date of birth not updated, please try again," and the system does not allow me to correct it.

Although I have tried repeatedly since March, I have achieved no results and am still forced to use the account with the wrong birth date. While I am not experiencing any restrictions at the moment, I want my true information to be reflected on my account and my personal details to be accurate for both security and correctness reasons.

My request from Snapchat is to provide the necessary support so that the birth date information on my account can be updated, enabling me to set my date of birth correctly.
