Snapchat Won’t Let Me Change My Birthday – Keeps Saying I Changed It Too Many Times

I have been trying to update my birthdate on Snapchat, but no matter what I do, it won't change. I have logged out and back in, tried multiple times, but the incorrect date remains. When I attempt to fix it, I receive an error message saying I have changed it too many times—yet I haven’t changed it even once!

This is incredibly frustrating, and there is no clear solution or support available. Why is Snapchat restricting something as basic as correcting my birthdate? If anyone has a solution, please help. Snapchat, fix this issue and allow users to correct their own information!
