Snapchat İs Not Letting Me Change To My Correct Birthday

I am writing regarding an issue I experienced today with my Snapchat account related to my date of birth settings. While trying to update my birthday, I accidentally entered the wrong date. When I immediately tried to correct it and change it back to my actual date of birth, the app displayed an error message saying: “Hey, Time Traveler! You’ve changed your birthday too many times,” and only gave me the option to tap “Okay” without allowing any further changes. Because of this, my account is now linked to an incorrect date of birth, and I cannot correct it through the app. This is causing a problem for me because I want my account information to accurately reflect my real age and personal details. I am requesting that my date of birth on Snapchat be reset or manually corrected to my actual, correct date of birth, or that the restriction on my account be lifted so that I can update it myself.
