Snapchat Permanently Disabled My Account Without Warning
On November 19, 2025, my Snapchat account with the username “mertcan123321” was shut down without any explanation. When I tried logging into the app, I received a notification stating that the account had been permanently locked, and no detailed reason was provided. My account contained many friendships and valuable content that were important to me.
I did not violate any rules, nor did I use any third-party applications. I wanted to contact Snapchat support and appeal the decision, but this option is not available for accounts that have been permanently deleted. My account did not have any paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. I was using the app on an iPhone 13 (iOS 17) in Bursa.
I request that my account be reopened and that my access to my content be restored.
