On November 2, 2025, my Snapchat account (username: te. Lq, email: uw**) was unjustly disabled. I had received offensive and explicit messages from another user and reported that person to Snapchat. However, instead of any action being taken against the offender, my account was suspended, leaving me in a difficult position.
When I tried to create a new account and register my phone number (054****)**, I received the message:
“Oops, please use another phone number.”
This error appears every time I try, preventing me from using my phone number on Snapchat again.
I use an iPhone 11, and despite trying several troubleshooting methods, the problem persists. I also reached out to Snapchat Support, but I have not received any response.
I have never faced such an issue before, and my account even had an active paid subscription, though I no longer have the payment receipt. All of my Snapchat activity was from Turkey.
I request that my account be reinstated, my phone number be reactivated for use, and my suspension be lifted, as I believe I was unfairly penalized. I ask Snapchat to investigate this matter urgently and restore my access as soon as possible.
