For the past three weeks, I have been unable to access my Snapchat account with the username “azizakdas4733”, which I use on my iPhone 11. When I try to verify my phone number or email address, I receive the error message: “No such account found.” My account also had an active Snapchat+ subscription.
This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. My account was previously compromised, but I had managed to reconnect my own email to it. Shortly afterward, I was completely locked out, and this issue began. Despite contacting Snapchat Support, I have not received any solution or meaningful response.
I have been using this account for many years, and it contains a large number of personal photos and memories, all of which I can no longer access. Losing access to my account has caused me deep emotional distress. I live in Savur, Mardin (Turkey).
I urgently request that my account access be restored and that Snapchat provide immediate assistance to help me recover my account and protect my data.
