Smule Recording Bug Prevents Me From Hearing My Own Voice

I have been an active Smule user for about 10 years and a regular VIP member. For the past two weeks, I have been experiencing a serious issue with an account I have long enjoyed using. After singing a song and recording my voice on my own phone, the recording does not activate at the completion stage, and I am unable to share the song.
After this, I logged into my account on a different phone and tried again. At first, I was able to record, but as of today, I can no longer hear my own voice in any of the approximately 10 songs I recorded and shared over the past three days. The other party says they can hear my voice, but I cannot hear myself at all, and the recordings I share appear to be empty. I listen to the songs using my phone’s original headphones.
As a long-time VIP member, I am extremely distressed to be experiencing this issue on an account I have used regularly for years. I request that my account and recordings be technically reviewed, that my audio and recording issues be resolved, and that I be able to use the app smoothly and actively again as I did before.
