I use the Smule app on my Android phone to sing karaoke with backing tracks. However, for about four weeks now, when I enter the backing-track karaoke section, the music does not play at all. Normally the music should start automatically, but in this specific section I get no sound, making it impossible for me to sing karaoke.
My subscription is active, and there are no payment issues on my account. I simply want the app to work properly and to be able to use the backing-track karaoke feature smoothly as I did before. I emailed Smule support about this issue, and they replied saying they were “trying to resolve the problem,” but despite the time that has passed, the issue has not been fixed. On top of that, being asked about customer satisfaction before the problem was resolved was especially disappointing.
I request that Smule review my account and the app’s technical status, and permanently fix the issue where no music plays in the backing-track karaoke section, so I can use the feature properly again.
