Smule Fails to Log Me In Even Though My Profile Appears
The Smule app was automatically deleted from my phone, and since I couldn’t understand why, I reinstalled the app last night around 11:00 PM. When I opened the app, it asked me for an email address and password even though I had previously logged in using my Facebook account. When I entered my registered email and clicked “Forgot Password,” the app did not log me in and did not show any error message either.
My profile appears on the screen and asks, “Is this you?” but even after I select “Yes,” I still cannot access my account. I currently have an active VIP membership on this account, which I pay for through Google Play. However, since I cannot log in, I am unable to use my VIP benefits or check whether there is any issue with my account.
My account was being used from Turkey / Istanbul, and I have never experienced this kind of issue before. I request that my account and VIP membership be protected and that access be restored. If necessary, I ask that a solution be provided by linking my Facebook login or resolving the issue through my email account.
