Smule Charged Me 3 Times But Didn’t Activate My VIP Membership
On June 17, 2025, I attempted to sign up for a Smule VIP membership, but the platform charged me three separate times without ever activating my VIP status. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant abuse of trust. I’ve paid multiple times expecting to receive the service I was promised, but instead, I was left with nothing but frustration and missing funds.
If Smule is going to charge users without actually delivering the membership, what is the point of paying? I’m not asking for anything unreasonable — either activate my VIP account immediately or refund every cent you took.
I’m very disappointed by this experience. Smule needs to respond and resolve this quickly. Ignoring paying customers and failing to deliver promised features damages your credibility. Please fix this immediately.
