I Face Ongoing Charges After Accidentally Purchasing a Yearly VIP Plan on Smule

I wanted to try a one-week VIP membership on the Smule karaoke app using my Redmi C12 phone, but I accidentally purchased an annual subscription instead. I tried to cancel the subscription through both Google Play and the app, but I was unsuccessful.

For the past five months, Smule has been charging me regularly, even though I only intended to test the app for one week. I didn’t realize it was a yearly plan, and this has caused financial hardship, as I cannot afford these ongoing payments.

I request that my VIP membership be completely canceled and, if possible, that all previously charged payments be refunded. I’m not entirely sure of my username, but it may be “calikusu feride.” Please review my account and help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
