I Face Canceled Smule VIP Membership Despite Successful Auto-Renewal

I’ve been using the Smule app on my Android device for about 6–7 years, and every year my VIP membership renews automatically through Google Play. This year, in May, the annual VIP fee of 205 was successfully charged to my card, and on the Play Store it clearly shows that the next renewal is scheduled for May 2026.
However, when I opened the app today, I discovered that my VIP membership had been canceled, and I was prompted to subscribe again. Just yesterday, everything was working normally — my VIP badge and profile picture were visible, but today both are gone.
I confirmed through Google Play billing history that my payment was received successfully, and there are no warnings or payment issues. Despite this, the app displays a message saying “Become a VIP” as if I have no active subscription.
I do not accept the cancellation of my VIP membership when the payment was made correctly and on time. I request that my VIP status be reactivated immediately under the same price and conditions as when I originally renewed in May.
