I Can’t See Who Viewed My Profile Anymore as a Smule VIP Member

I’ve been a Smule VIP member for a while now, and one of the key features I’ve always appreciated was the ability to see who viewed my profile. But recently, that function has disappeared without warning. I don’t know why it’s gone or how I’m supposed to access it now. If this feature has been removed or changed, why wasn't there any announcement or update about it?

I’ve checked the support and complaint section, but no one seems to be getting a response. It’s frustrating as a paying VIP user to be left in the dark like this. Also, why is there a 250-character minimum for submitting feedback or complaints? Forcing users to write more than necessary just to get attention is unreasonable.

I’m asking for a clear explanation: Has the “profile view” feature been removed for VIP users? If not, how do I get it back? And if it has been removed, I deserve to know why—especially since I’m paying for this service. Smule, please respond and resolve this issue. I want what I paid for.
