I Can’t See Viewers or Profile Views on My TikTok Account Anymore

I’ve recently noticed a major issue on my TikTok account. I can no longer see who’s watching my videos or visiting my profile. I have over 5,000 followers, and being able to track engagement is incredibly important to me as a content creator. But suddenly, this feature just disappeared without warning.

Now, when I go to the profile view section, it only shows a generic “Activity Notification” tab instead. I hate this new setup. It’s confusing, unhelpful, and strips away one of the most valuable features of the platform. I have no idea why this happened or if it’s a bug, a policy change, or something else entirely.

TikTok, please fix this or at least give us the option to turn the old feature back on. It’s frustrating to work hard on content and then not even be able to see who’s engaging with it. I’m asking for real support—not canned responses. Bring back viewer and profile insights now.
