My Smeg Matte Black Kettle Developed Stains Quickly and They Won’t Come Off

About a month ago, I purchased a Smeg matte black kettle, and although I’ve used it very lightly, I’ve already noticed stains forming on the lower part of the kettle. No matter how gently I clean it with a cloth, the marks won’t come off — and this is extremely disappointing for a premium brand.

I have kept the receipt and taken clear photos of the issue. For a product that’s barely been used, this kind of wear is unacceptable, especially when I’ve followed all proper care instructions.

I would really appreciate it if Smeg could step in and offer a solution, whether it's a replacement or repair. I expected far better quality and durability from this brand, and I hope the company will take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue promptly.
