I bought a home appliance set from Arçelik, and I'm quite confused about the problem I've encountered with the hob, really hoping for prompt assistance. After roughly a month of use, a minor spill of tea water on the hob led to issues with the burner and burner cap—stains appeared underneath, and it displayed signs of wear despite regular usage. I have been a loyal user of Arçelik products for many years, and this is the first time I’ve faced an issue like this, so I am seeking a resolution. I anticipate that the company representatives will quickly resolve the issue with the burner caps or, if needed, replace the hob. I was surprised to find myself questioning the quality of a product from Arçelik.

"I received an SMS from Arçelik. It said, "We called you but couldn't reach you." No one called me. With this SMS, they're basically saying, "We tried to reach you but you weren't available, so we did our duty and tried to help." Trust in Arçelik is zero."
