Slazenger SL.09.2270.1.02 Watch Strap Keeps Breaking Repeatedly

Approximately one year ago, my spouse bought me a Slazenger SL.9.2270.I.02 model watch as a Father’s Day gift from a jeweler in Uşak. Within the first week, the original strap broke and when I went to the store, they directed me to the service. Later I was told that there is no authorized service in Uşak. I called customer service, explained the situation in detail and even stated that I was willing to pay any necessary fee as long as they fixed the original strap. They told me that they would get back to me, but no one ever called me again and my request remained unresolved. During this period, I had the strap replaced three times in total, but none of the straps were like the original, they did not look good and they also broke in a short time. As a consumer who has repeatedly experienced the same problem and could not get any response despite contacting customer service, I now request that my Slazenger SL.9.2270.I.02 model watch be replaced with a new one. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
