Swarovski Refused to Repair My Bracelet Despite Active Warranty
After the bracelet I purchased from the Swarovski store at İstMarina Kartal broke, I went to the store while it was still under warranty. I was told that the bracelet was an old model and that the same product was no longer available. I then requested only the repair of the broken part.
Despite this, no solution was offered at all. Instead of providing assistance under the warranty, the store directed me to a jeweler in Kadıköy and told me that I needed to have the bracelet repaired there at my own expense.
I can already have a product repaired anywhere by paying for it myself. What matters here is the brand’s warranty commitment and customer satisfaction policy. Unfortunately, I received no support whatsoever in terms of after-sales service. Even though I contacted the store before the warranty period expired, I was unable to receive any assistance and am now left in a disadvantaged position.
I request that Swarovski repair my bracelet free of charge, or if possible, replace it with another bracelet model.
