Tommy Hilfiger Watch Strap Peeled After Months and I Was Charged ₺1,580

I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger watch as a special wedding gift for my husband, expecting that the brand's reputation would guarantee excellent craftsmanship. Regrettably, after only a few months, the strap started to peel, which was quite disappointing considering the significant amount we spent on it. Unfortunately, I was only able to send the watch in for warranty service after a year due to my busy schedule. When I finally purchased it, I was taken aback by the hefty price tag of ₺1,580 for a replacement strap. It seems we're facing consequences for placing our trust in a brand such as Tommy Hilfiger. A wedding gift should be durable and long-lasting, ensuring it remains intact for years. I am disappointed with this experience and had higher expectations for the durability and customer service from a brand of this caliber. I won't be endorsing Tommy Hilfiger to anyone.
