Skyscanner/Kiwi.com Ignored My Refund Request for Cambodia Trip

On October 4, 2025, via Skyscanner and using Kiwi.com as the agent, I booked flight ticket number 684597127 for Cambodia (for October 17). The payment of $919 was made by credit card. On October 6, due to compulsory reasons, I requested a cancellation. My cancellation was accepted with a fee of 30 EUR and I received a written confirmation.
However it has been three weeks and no refund has been processed and I have not been given any update. I have contacted Kiwi.com customer service twice, but I keep receiving automated replies with only “We are waiting for Etihad Airways to respond,” and no clear explanation.
I request that my full refund—or, if necessary, at least partial refund or Kiwi flight credits—be credited immediately. Holding my funds this long without transparent communication has caused me considerable inconvenience. I ask for the issue to be resolved urgently.
