GO to Gate Ignored My Paid Name Change Request for Etihad Flight

I purchased a flight ticket with booking number 1080-878-949 through GO to Gate for an Etihad Airways flight. I requested a surname correction on my ticket, and I was charged an additional ₺6,000 for the change, which I paid. However, 15 days have passed, and the correction has still not been made.

I have contacted GO to Gate customer service multiple times. They told me the process was ongoing but could not provide a clear timeline. My ticket is still active, and my travel date is approaching. I request that the name correction be completed immediately or that my issue be properly resolved. I made this booking directly on the GO to Gate website via a Skyscanner referral.

I also reached out to Etihad Airways. The airline informed me that the travel agency contacted them with a 10-day delay and that no formal request has been submitted yet. I am asking for this issue to be resolved urgently and for GO to Gate to provide a clear solution to the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
