On September 8, 2025, at 19:30, I purchased a Turkish Airlines flight ticket through Skyscanner, with the payment processed by Iyzico. However, without my permission or knowledge, my card details were later compromised. On September 11 and 13, 2025, unauthorized charges totaling ₺2,834 were made under the name of Moov Dijital, a rent-a-car company.
As soon as I detected this, I immediately contacted both my bank and Iyzico, canceled my card, and filed disputes for the fraudulent charges. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach Skyscanner customer service.
This experience left me deeply disappointed. I trusted Skyscanner as a major and reliable platform, but being redirected to a partner with potential security vulnerabilities has completely shaken my confidence.
I hold Skyscanner responsible for redirecting me to this transaction and request:
A full refund of the unauthorized charges.
Stronger security measures to prevent such incidents from happening again.
