My Kiwi Flight for $1,321 Isn’t Showing in the App
I booked a round-trip flight from Çukurova to Bangkok for November 3, 2025 (departure) and November 11, 2025 (return) through Skyscanner, using Kiwi as the provider. My reservation number is 685664903. I paid approximately $1,321 by credit card. My tickets were sent to me by email, but they do not appear in the Kiwi app at all, and there is no option in the app to manually add them. Because of this, I am unable to cancel my ticket through the app.
This issue has been ongoing for two weeks. When I try to contact customer service, they tell me that I should have an existing reservation in the system, yet I clearly have the tickets that were emailed to me. I request that both Skyscanner and Kiwi resolve this issue and that my ticket be canceled and refunded as soon as possible.
