I have been a loyal Skyscanner customer for 5 years. On January 11, 2025, I purchased a ticket for a Turkmenistan Airlines flight from Istanbul to Bangkok departing at 07:20 AM. I paid ₺9637.77 using my Visa card (Transaction ID: 9865629). However, I never received any confirmation or ticket details at my email address, i****************@gmail.com.

Despite the payment being processed, I am left without my ticket information. This lack of follow-up is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable for a trusted platform. Skyscanner, I urgently request your assistance in providing my ticket details or resolving this issue immediately. I need confirmation to ensure my travel plans are not disrupted. Please address this matter promptly.
