Wizz Air Refund Issue: Cancellation of Tickets and Ongoing Delays
My Wizz Air tickets, with order numbers 1009-214-726 and 1017-568-072, were canceled by the airline. I purchased these tickets with a cancellation guarantee and have been fighting for a refund for over a month. During my numerous conversations with Skyscanner customer representatives, I have been told either that the airline has not processed the refund or that the payment has been received and they are informing the finance team.
I want my issue resolved as soon as possible. I am unsure if the airline has processed the refund. Contacting Wizz Air directly is nearly impossible. Skyscanner needs to take action against such companies, as customers using your platform are suffering.
I would appreciate any assistance in expediting my refund process. Thank you.
