I Bought a Ticket on Tickets.com.tr via Skyscanner, Didn't Receive It, Lost ₺1,000

While I was in Saudi Arabia, I wanted to purchase a return ticket through Skyscanner. On their site, I bought a ticket from a company called Tickets.com.tr for ₺2,990. However, the ticket was never delivered to me, and I had a hard time getting my money back. This delay caused my return trip to be postponed, and I arrived a day late. Additionally, I incurred a loss of ₺1,000 due to this issue, which I am requesting to be compensated for. I believe that both Skyscanner and Tickets.com.tr should take responsibility for this inconvenience and the financial loss I suffered. It's disappointing that such reputable companies would allow this to happen. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be cautious when booking tickets through these platforms.
