Skycop Delays 3.5-Hour Flight Delay Claim #90b79402 Despite Complete Proof

I selected Skycop based on their advertised promises of a "fast and easy" flight compensation recovery service, but my experience has been completely the opposite. Following a 3.5-hour delay on my January 5 flight, I submitted a claim under Claim ID #90b79402, uploading all requested evidence—including my flight ticket, airport photos, and timestamped boarding images—to their system.

Despite waiting since January, I have received no concrete resolution. Recently, Skycop sent an email citing "insufficient documentation" and demanding that I re-upload files, even though comprehensive proof was already provided. Requesting redundant paperwork after months of silence appears to be a stalling tactic that directly contradicts Skycop's marketing claims and causes unnecessary consumer hardship.

I demand that Skycop immediately finalize the review of Claim #90b79402, accept the existing evidence, and disburse the compensation owed to me without further delay.
