Skoda Superb Delivered With Scratches And No Refund or Exchange Given




I purchased a brand new Superb from a Skoda dealership. The car was completely covered in brush scratches and bird droppings. They admitted it was their fault, but refused to exchange or refund it. Furthermore, their sales manager mockingly admitted, "All my black cars are like this, they don't sell them like that." I contacted Doğuş and Yüce Auto and explained the situation. They opened a file and demanded to open the device. They also admitted it was their fault, but mockingly, they told me they couldn't give me a free polish or window tint, and that they couldn't issue a refund or exchange. And while doing this, they're admitting all the blame is theirs. I keep telling my dealership's sales manager, "We sell our black cars, and look, they all say that," and they say you can't impose a penalty on them, or maybe we can't do anything. So, Yüce Auto is admitting to selling even his cars, shame on you. If you want to be humiliated with your money, this is the place for you. They don't care about your rights or your money.
